Herbert and Ging Flores-Osio

Dear Papa,

As I worked on this birthday website --- sending and receiving messages, editing, uploading --- I couldn't help but be sincerely blessed by the touching messages and greetings of the many people whose lives you've blessed.  I praise God for using you in so many ways in so many people's lives.   And I'm grateful to know that even though so many other people have you as their 'mentor, leader, pastor,'  you have never made me and our family feel like a second-priority.  As a youngster, I recall how busy you were --- always going off somewhere.  And yet, somehow, you were always there for "family-times."  The times you spent with us -- individually or as whole group -- truly made an impact in my life. I remember Friday afternoon dates at Dunkin Donuts on our way home from school in Nagtahan.   I remember memorizing Key Verses every morning in the car as we drove to school.  I remember Sunday family devotions. I remember birthday-morning QTs.   I remember family events, both major and minor.   I remember personal talks -- both the fun ones and the serious ones!  I have fond memories of all those times especially since it emphasized to me how important we were to you.   You always made an effort to be present at family events --- something we siblings have learned to emulate.  We do what we have to do for family. You truly our ever dependable, ever faithful PhilHELP.  :-)  

I have been and still am inspired by the lives that you and Mommy lead.  It is an honor and a privilege to share your name and be your child.  My prayer is that Jethy will not just imitate Lolopop's 'funny walk' but that he will also imitate your Walk in the Lord.  

Here's to Isaiah 40:31 for the next chapters of your life!  May your walk with the Good Shepherd be ever blessed in ways beyond you can ask or imagine.  We love you so much po!!  Happy birthday!!!!
